We normally have only 1% chance of damage to plants due to shipping and packaging. All the damages/spoiling on arrival are to be reported on phone and email immediately or Whatsapp the photos within 3 hours of receipt of the shipment. Report immediately through call and inform with the below details. Replacement or the refund process of the Product damages will be started the same day. Defective products will be either refunded or started replacing in the same day. No claim request will be entertained after 3 hours of receipt of the item. The images will be checked for authenticity and validity against our return policy for the claim. WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND IF UNEXPECTED LOCK DOWN or IF THE PARCEL IS DELAYED DUE TO NATURAL CALAMITIES LIKE FLOOD, HEAVY RAINS, etc. We at Petz and Hobbies will take complete responsibility of replacing the water lilies/products on the same day of delivering to the customer. If the damage is caused after adding the plants in your tank, then the refund/replacement will not be granted. (Please check your planting tank condition before adding/planting the water plants. Check our youtube/instagram/facebook accounts for the steps to be followed for adding a new water lilies to you tank). All our deliveries will be taken place as per the available logistics. Mainly, we will use available courier services around us for delivery.
After the shipment, we will send the tracking details via phone/email and also update in the customer profile page. If nobody receives the parcel at the customer end, we won’t be able to refund the amount. All our deliveries are home deliveries. Cancellation request for the dispatched orders will not be entertained, if the order consists of plants. After the cancellation of order by the customer, it will take 3 working days to refund the amount to customer's bank account.
If under flood or any other natural calamities occure in your place after you order, you have to inform us before the product shipment taken place, otherwise we won’t be able to refund the amount.
